This comprehensive 6-week course provides lessons, tools, and resources for developing a relaxed, stable, and clear way fo being. We will explore meditation techniques, mindful movement & refelction, compassionate communication, gratitude, & other contemplative practices that nourish inner wellbeing.
New & experienced practitioners welcome! This course is a great way to refresh an exist practice, supplement previous learning, or begin your midnfulness journey!
