Mindful Kids Club

4 Tuesdays, 4:00-5:15 PM online

May 5 - May 26, 2020

This program is for elementary students in grades K-5 who have taken a Mindful Kids course in the past. We will explore previously learned mindful awareness techniques & apply them to fun springtime activities. This is a wonderful opportunity for kids to refresh & refine their skills in an engaging context among peers.

In light of the COVID-19 restrictions around social gathering, this course will be offered online and children will receive special kits with the themed materials they need for projects.

NOTE: This class has a prerequisite. If you have questions about your child's eligibilty, please contact instructor Kelly Petrie at (608) 345-1597.
