COVID-19 Update

Please note that all drop in yoga classes are offered virtually through the end of May. Starting in June, some classes may be moved to in person.

If you would like to drop-in to a virtual yoga class, sign up by clicking the green "Sign Up Genius" button below to select preferred date(s) and format. You will receive a PayPal invoice for the number of classes you select. Cost for weekly drop in classes is $10 per class. A Zoom link will be sent to you at least one hour prior to the start of class. Payment must be received in order gain access to the class.

All Levels Mindful Yoga

Mindful Yoga blends the wisdom of Alignment Yoga with qualities of mindful awareness to guide students in the discovery of renewed connection & gentle release of tension patterns. Students develop strength, flexibility & balance in body and mind through this timeless practice. For all levels, including those brand new to yoga. Poses are taught in progressions so you can explore from a place that feels right for you.

Hybrid Yoga

Live Online via Zoom with Kelly Petrie, RYT500

Tuesdays, 10:30-11:30 AM

Hybrid Yoga allows students to access yoga poses more efficiently & safely, by waking up & engaging muscles that can go offline over the course of time. Hybrid Yoga incorporates a combination of chair & floor practice, along with mindful awareness, for a well-rounded, balanced practice of renewed discovery & re-patterning of compensatory habits. For all levels of experience. Never weight bearing on wrists or knees. Students should be able to move from floor to standing & vice versa, however.

Gentle Yoga: Stability & Balance Series

IN PERSON at the Maitri Center

5 Fridays, May 7-June 4, 11 AM -12 PM*

Through gentle & encouraging guidance, students will explore yoga postures designed to engage & strenghten stabilizing muscles for enhanced balance and functional mobility. All levels of experience welcome including those new to yoga.

Space is limited to 5 adults. $65 per person.

*There are no make ups or credits for missed classes and drop ins will not be permitted at this time. Although full vaccination status is recommended, proof of vaccination is not required. The expectations for safe gathering at the Maitri Center are listed on the Visit Us page.

Embodied Movement 8-week online course

Thursdays, April 8-May 27, 6-7:15 PM*

Increase your interoceptive, proprioceptive, and kinesthetic awareness in this integrative course informed by yoga, pilates, mindful strength, and somatics! Not sure what all of these fancy terms mean? No worries - it's all part of the learning experience!


If you are looking for a movement class that supports physical & emotional wellbeing, look no further. This course will inspire & empower as you rediscover wholeness, balance, and connection. All levels of experience and abilities welcome!


*You may sign up to attend live online or stream the recording as many times as you would like for up to one week following the class.
