If you would like to drop-in to a virtual yoga class, sign up by clicking the green "Sign Up Genius" button below to select preferred date(s) and format. You will receive a PayPal invoice for the number of classes you select. Cost is $10 per class. A Zoom link will be sent to you at least one hour prior to the start of class. Payment must be received in order gain access to the class.

All Levels Mindful Yoga

Mindful Yoga blends the wisdom of Alignment Yoga with qualities of mindful awareness to guide students in the discovery of renewed connection & gentle release of tension patterns. Students develop strength, flexibility & balance in body and mind through this timeless practice. For all levels, including those brand new to yoga. Poses are taught in progressions so you can explore from a place that feels right for you.

Continuing Mindful Yoga

Mondays, 6:30-7:45 PM

Virtual or Live

A continuation of Mindful Yoga for students with prior yoga experience & who can move freely from floor to standing & be weight bearing on wrists & knees. Students can expect to take their practice to a deeper level by touching into their growth edge & developing a more nuanced inner awareness. Also suitable for new yoga students who have significant experience in the movement arts or athletics.

Hybrid Yoga

Tuesdays, 10:30-11:30 AM

Virtual or Live

Hybrid Yoga allows students to access yoga poses more efficiently & safely, by waking up & engaging muscles that can go offline over the course of time. Hybrid Yoga incorporates a combination of chair & floor practice, along with mindful awareness, for a well-rounded, balanced practice of renewed discovery & re-patterning of compensatory habits. For all levels of experience. Students should be able to move from floor to standing & vice versa.

Mindful Strength

Mindful Strength blends yoga poses, self-inquiry, strength training (using resistance bands & internal resistance techniques) & joyful movement for enhancing agility. When we feel strong & confident in our bodies, we become more resilient in other areas of our life as well. This class is for anyone desiring a safe, accessible way to support a strong, healthy body & mind!
