Supporting your child's physical, social, and emotional wellbeing is more important now than ever before! Small group in-person classes are being offered at the Maitri Center to support all aspects of your child's wellbeing, so they can navigate our ever-changing world with greater resiliency & balance. Maitri Center welcomes children & families of all abilities, genders & identities. For kids ages 5-7 and in grades K-2

By planting the seeds of mindfulness, younger elementary aged students will discover their inner calm and social connectedness through interactive games, stories, movement, and crafts curated just for this age group! Consecutive sessions will not be identical so your child can enjoy 10 full weeks of mindfulness!
Offered in partnership with Oregon Community Ed & Rec.
Cost: $141 per child per session (includes all materials and weekly follow up emails to parents)

Mindfulness for teens in grades 7-12
A safe, caring place for teens to decompress from the stressors of life and to simply BE. Receive gentle guidance in techniques to release tension, relax, and practice the art of self-care.
This 4-part mini series takes a mind-body approach. Teens will release tension through mindful movement & yoga, explore deep relaxation, learn practices in self-compassion & gratitude, and restore inner confidence & joy through mindful meditation. No prior experience is necessary.
