As an independent contemplative educator in the Oregon community since 2011, it has been a dream of Kelly's to open a practice space that is solely devoted to the cultivation of insight, awareness & compassion through a wide range of contemplative practices that serve people of all ages, abilities & identities.
Kelly has over 25 years of experience educating adults & children of all ages & diverse needs. She holds an MA degree in contemplative education from Naropa University from which her specialty in contemplative-based pedagogy stems. She received extensive training in how to teach mindfulness to children & teens from internationally recognized youth mindfulness pioneers, Susan Kaiser Greenland and Dr. Patricia Broderick. Kelly is a 500-hour Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher with specialized training in YogAutism, somatic movement, and interoception. She is a practice leader with the Tergar International meditation community and is an associate teacher of the Five Wisdoms Institutue. Kelly’s longtime personal practice in meditation, embodied movement & contemplative arts serves as the inspirational ground for her teaching.
